- To search a term:
Enter the term in the Key field and press ENTER key. Web Taxonomy contains
a complete dictionary of English, so any term will do. For example, some
interesting terms include: digital photograph, tomato disease, or game.
- To select a word sense:
Word senses of the entered term are displayed in the Concept list on the
right. Select one.
- To navigate within the term
hierarchy: The term will be displayed as
a node with its super nodes representing more general concepts and sub nodes
for more specific concepts. Click on any of the nodes to expand its super
and sub nodes. The selected node will be automatically brought to the center
of the view.
- To move around the term hierarchy:
Drag the mouse anywhere on the background.
- To view attributes of a term:
Click on the arrow to the right of a node to open its attribute panel. Click
on the arrow again to close the attribute panel.
